Initial consultations and website reviews are free. This service rate does not apply to ASA units. Rate effective July 1, 2026.

Accessible Web Forms and Workflows.
We will help you create accessible web forms. These may be targeted for the public, students, staff, faculty, or other selected UW audiences. Forms may be built on one of several platforms, to be determined based on individual project and customer needs. Options include: WordPress/GravityForms, Kuali Build, and Slate CRM.
Each project is unique, but to get an idea of how much work might go into your project here are a few example categories.
Form Project Examples
Form Project Examples
A basic form that can load the user’s directory data and submit entries to an email address, ticketing system, or be accessed directly by staff. Examples would include; contact forms, event registrations, or reimbursement requests.
Estimated Hours: 8-12
A moderately sized workflow involving available student or employee data and a fixed business process. Examples would include; applying for a waitlist based on current class registration, or submitting a trouble ticket that automatically routes to the correct department contact.
Estimated Hours: 40
One or more forms that make use of complex routing and programmed workflows. Examples would include; program proposals with multiple approval steps, back-and-forth multi-step forms or those with multiple submitters, or submissions that are acted on by multiple UW units.

ASA-IS can provide a free consultation and basic review of your website to assess accessibility issues. Based on this review we can provide a proposal to help your website achieve DOJ and State accessibility compliance and expected DubBot scores.
Support and Ongoing Costs
Ongoing website support will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on need and existing infrastructure. Any outside costs (such as UW-IT paid services or paid third-party plugins) will need to be paid by your department and are not included in ASA-IS fees.
